Elephants are so happy in the summer. They enjoy their natural surroundings, as well as splashing and cooling off in the river, says Thiva Boonnak. Her admiration for these legendary creatures is made obvious in the way she details the pachyderms' happy expressions. Boonnak works with repoussé techniques on aluminum and then frames the plaque with dark rain tree wood featuring a blue silk border. It is fitted to hang on the wall or stand with an attached tripod.
