Dressed in their Sunday best, a couple goes for a stroll in the plaza. They wear the traditional and beautiful attire from the state of Yucatan — the man dressed in a guayabera shirt and white trousers, the woman in an embroidered white huipil dress. Fernando Sarvide depicts the pair as skeletons from Mexico's Day of the Dead. The skeletal images come from lithographer Jose Guadalupe Posadas. Depicted in brilliant color, the image is a handcrafted display jigsaw puzzle sculpture. Part of NOVICA's Dia de los Muertos collection.
