Alberto Aparicio Canchari dresses the Holy Family and the Three Kings in the costumes of the cuchimilcos for this inspired nativity scene. Dating back to the Chancay culture which flourished in central Peru between 1200 and 1470 A.D., the cuchimilcos were statuettes crafted to ward off evil. Canchari designs, crafts and paints each ceramic figurine in this nativity set, which contains nine pieces.
