George Obeng captures the tender love of the classic nativity scene under the stylizations of northern Ghana artistry. He carves each figurine by hand of noble mahogany featuring the Three Wise Men bearing a royal stool, a gourd filled with gold, and a state sword, used for swearing oaths. A shepherd stands by Mary while Joseph kneels next to Baby Jesus. They are standing outside a traditional hut with a camel, donkey and a sheep. Set includes nine pieces.
