The charms feature 393 diamonds (3.42 cts) of VS quality or better and are at least G-H in color. Gemstones include 128 yellow sapphires (0.89 cts) that light up the yellow cab charm and 26 rubies (0.65 cts) that bring the Macy's Star to life. Piece measures 7 3/4 inches in length.
