The wiper pad is used to clean and add oil to your commercial cast iron crepe maker. Includes ten (10) pads and each pad should be changed about every 3 months of use. That's about 2.5 yrs of pads! Can easily be removed and turned over to use the other side of the pad. Each pad is 2.75 in diameter and .5mm thick.
