This course discusses the two most common types of welding and cutting (gas and arc), the dangers that are involved in working with them, and the safety measures that should be undertaken to minimize and prevent the occurrence of their associated hazards. The course presents fire prevention techniques and the danger of preservative coatings when welding or cutting.
