Bert the Troll, portrayed by Mark Hadlow in the film, is a finely detailed miniature collectible designed and sculpted by Weta Workshop creature designer Andrew Baker, who also made the conceptual designs for the trolls and other creatures for the films. The pose for this miniature is based on statue appearances at San Diego Comic-Con 2012, New Zealand's National Museum, and the Weta Cave.
