Mexico's Angel Cerón proudly preserves Mexico's pre-Hispanic art with the faithful replica of a sculpture dated 200-600 A.D., and found in a so-called tumba de tiro burial place. This type of burial places features interconnecting traits from diverse pre-Hispanic cultures from the Mexican states of Jalisco, Nayarit and Colima. Officially certified by the Mexican government, Cerón crafts the ceramic sculpture of a man carrying jars of either water or mescal by strapping them to his back with a mecapal belt that goes over his head.
