Angel CerĂ³n crafts an amazing replica of a xoloitzcuintli ceramic vessel, dated sometime between 200 - 600 A.D., and originally found in a so-called tumba de tiro burial place. This type of burial place features interconnecting traits from diverse pre-Hispanic cultures from the Mexican states of Jalisco, Nayarit and Colima. They believed the xoloitzcuintli transported the souls of the dead to the underworld. Officially certified by the Mexican government to replicate pre-Hispanic art, CerĂ³n crafts the ceramic sculpture with faithful details.
