Colorful birds evoke the traditional huipil blouses worn in San Lucas Toliman. Embroidered by hand, they grace a crimson shoulder bag of handwoven cotton. Mirian Otzin works on a backstrap loom, adding colorful pompoms and an inner zipper pocket to the tote.
