Celebrate Guatemalan tradition with this leather and cotton shoulder bag designed by Diana and Maura. Using a backstrap loom, the artists weave intricate geometric patterns on the flap in shades of black, light brown and ivory, then bring it to their workshop where other talented artisans complete the bag under their guidance. The adjustable leather straps make it easy to wear over the shoulder or across the body, while the leather base of the bag features a zipped gusset to allow for more storage, as well as a zipper pocket on the back side. The ecru cotton lining complements the outer bag. It closes with both a zipper closure and a magnetic snap on the flap for the safekeeping of valuables.
