The impressive Anoma mask is an original design by Robert Nortey. Meaning Bird in the Twi dialect of Ghana's Akan people, the black mask features a white bird looking over the forehead. Nortey carves the sese wood mask by hand and adorns it with embossed aluminum and painted details.
