A bird rests atop the head of this African mask, carved by hand from sese wood. Victoria Agyepomaa designs this mask, drawing inspiration from Ghanaian traditions. She finishes it with colors of brown and russet, adding embossed aluminum sheet to the face. She names it Ndidiamaka, which means patience is a virtue in Igbo.
