Staring ahead with apprehension, a shy little boy poses for Peruvian artist Carlos Morales. He doesn't seem quite sure of what is expected of him, but he poses nonetheless allowing the artist to paint a very vivid, very real portrait. Morales executes this work with watercolors, pastels and charcoal on tinted Canson paper. Titled Niño con gorra in Spanish.
