Costumed dancers perform a ritual battle for rain, each figure generating an aura of energy. Luis Oscar Figueroa Garcia combines acrylics, metallic paints and paper cutouts applied to a digitally printed photograph on watercolor paper to depict the pre-Hispanic rites. Titled Batalla por el cielo in Spanish, the collage is framed in pinewood with a mat board passe-partout. It forms part of the artist's Danza Mayor series.
