Doña Josefa's kitchen brims with life as she prepares delicious culinary treasures from Peru. Doña Josefa is my friend, and this is the kitchen at one of my favorite restaurants. It is like most traditional kitchens, which now bear the influence of the Inca, Spanish and even the French, because of the appliances, explains Peruvian artist Alcides Medina.
