Hot pink appears like thunder and lightning on this abstract painting by Balinese artist Ketut Sugantika. Sometimes things need to be blown and blasted for the sake of renewing things, and 'blessed' for the new to be better. If an artwork made with a spontaneous effect is the 'blast,' and is always enjoyable to look at, then accepting whatever happens from such blast is therefore a 'blessing', says the Balinese artist as he explains the title of his inspired composition. Sugantika paints with acrylics, adding gold paint to his palette of black, red, and green.
