By Delia Lepe, this canape dish is woven by hand of fragrant pine needles. Gleaming stainless steel creates a dazzling contrast in a design that takes the shape of an apple. Its name refers to Zacatlan de las Manzanas, or Zacatlan of the apples, a town in the Puebla sierra.
