A flock of birds flies swiftly through the stylish geometric designs on this set of six colorful placemats. Skillfully hand-woven on the loom, these placemats are elaborated in traditional Andean style by Cerapio Vallejo using a 90/10 blend of wool and cotton. The many shades of color present in these creations are produced by skillfully mixing natural dyes extracted from diverse plants and animals such as the cochineal insect, nogal leaves and the Andean molle tree. Exceptionally tasteful, these placemats make an excellent gift.
