A wide field of red hosts gilded images from Peru's Nazca Plain. Felipe GirĂ³n recreates the hummingbird, monkey and spider from the UNESCO World Heritage some 200 miles south of Lima. Painting the motifs by hand on the reverse side of glass, he uses a technique that dates to the 19th century. The crystal sheet covers a gilded tray with handles.
